We currently have a higher number of coaches available for beginner/intermediate skills (Level 1/2 coaches) than we do for advanced skills (Level 3 coaches). We are working on this, but for the moment, please book with a Level 1/2 coach if your child is working beginner/intermediate skills (up to walkovers/back handspring/aerial). If your child is working on somersaults, they MUST book with a Level 3 coach. I know this is confusing. If you have any queries, please get in touch! You can find our coach descriptions on Class For Kids.
All lessons must be booked via Class For Kids and all of our most recent availability is always on Class For Kids. If the slot you are interested in has already been booked, please add your child to the waiting list for the slot. This is our cancellation list.
Lessons must be paid for via Class For Kids at the time of booking so that we can cover hall hire fees.
Lessons on Class For Kids are 45 minutes, but 1 hour lessons are still available (increasing the cost by £10). Joint lessons are also still available (at a rate of £10 per extra child). If you wish to book either of these, please book the slot you would like, let me know and I will arrange this for you.
Cancellation Policy: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will not receive a refund. This does not apply to reschedules due to illness/injury.
The coach that you have booked with, is the coach that you should contact (via WhatsApp) if you have any issues on the day of your lesson. I will now be sending your coach’s phone number alongside the reminders. If you have any issues at any other time, please continue to contact me.
If any of your child’s details change (e.g. medical, emergency contacts, skill goals), please update these on Class For Kids.
All children should bring a water bottle to their lesson, should remove dangly jewellery, should have long hair tied securely back and will be required to have bare feet to avoid slipping.
Photos and videos of the gymnasts are taken for tracking progress, advertising and social media. If you do not want your child photographed or videoed please indicate on joining.
Acrobatics has an inherent risk of injury and although Middleton Acrobatics will endeavour to minimise any risk, accidents may still happen. It is incumbent on all members to abide by coaches' instructions and safety rules at all times. Participants/parents are required to ensure that the gymnast is physically fit and healthy to participate, particularly after illness or injury. Middleton Acrobatics cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred when training outwith our lessons. We are happy to advise on how to safely condition for skills at home.
