All children should bring a water bottle to their lesson, should remove jewellery, should have long hair tied securely back and will be required to have bare feet to avoid slipping.
Photos and videos of the gymnasts are taken for tracking progress, advertising and social media. If you do not want your child photographed or videoed please indicate on joining.
Cancellation Policy: Lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will not receive a refund. This does not apply to reschedules due to illness/injury.
Acrobatics has an inherent risk of injury and although Middleton Acrobatics will endeavour to minimise any risk, accidents may still happen. It is incumbent on all members to abide by coaches' instructions and safety rules at all times. Participants/parents are required to ensure that the gymnast is physically fit and healthy to participate, particularly after illness or injury. Middleton Acrobatics cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred when training outwith our lessons. We are happy to advise on how to safely condition for skills at home. less
Any acro ability: preferably advanced level, e.g. somersaults.
Holly is the founder of Middleton Acrobatics and is a Level 3 Acrobatic Gymnastics Coach. Holly has been coaching various disciplines of gymnastics for 11 years, including coaching in the USA. Prior to coaching, Holly competed in acrobatic gymnastics, representing Team Scotland and Team GB at multiple world events. Holly is also a Level 3 personal trainer.
